DFW Furniture Direct hit a home run in my book!
I had a good experience at DFW Furniture Direct. I'm surprised to read anything bad. My husband and I ordered a 5 piece bedroom set. They told me it would arrive in 7-10 days. They like called on the 5th day. We were happily surprised. They delivered and set everything up. No problems and nothing broke. Fernando is a great delivery man. Him and his partner even helped us to put our mattress and box spring on the bed after it was put together. I will be shopping here again. This is our second purchase. We bought a dining set from J.P. last year and are still very happy with it. And this is why I have chosen to comment. Thank you H.C. Hall Allen, TX

VERY HAPPY with DFW FURNITURE DIRECT
I bought a bunk bed for my grandson this weekend and they already brought it out to my house. The men delivering it put it together too. I didn't have to do anything. I couldn't be more pleased with the whole transaction. Thank you. I guess I have to write more because it says I have to use 100 words. Anyway, my experience at DFW Furniture was a good one. If I need something else, I will go there again. Can't think of the guy's name who helped me but it was the owner. He seemed fine to me.

My furniture fell arapt in less than two weeks.
My furniture did not last more than two weeks before it started coming apart. It took longer to receive it.They totally lied to me.And will do nothing to fix my sofa and love seat.The bottom fell out of the sofa first then the love seats arm started to come lose.I did call them and all I get is we will take care of it.That was 3 months passed.The hung up on me 5 time in a row. If you go their to the store all you will get is promises. Avoid the at all cost.

DO NOT BUY FROM DFW FURNITURE DIRECT
DO NOT BUY FROM DFW DIRECT. They brought me the wrong furniture after they ran my card and then wouldnt take it back. I got an email from an employee of theirs that said he does this suff to people all the time. They also broke or scratched almost everything they brought. After I bought from Luis, I never was able to talk to him again. They would always say he wasnt available. Jason ran the office but wasnt any help either. These people are not people that you want to do business with.I post something about them all the time and they keep having it taken off.

I went into the store to order a bed for my daughter about a year ago and customer service was great, they actually delivered the bed within a week or so and they set it up as well. I didn't have any problems with them at all, so I am a little surprised at what I am reading. I am planning on order another bed, for myself and my son and maybe tables, I will see how that work out. I hope this next time, I experience what I experience last time, I will let you know how it works out.

Rip Off!!!!!!!!Beware
Hello my name is Kristin Wilks and I have ordered from dfw direct 2 seperate times. The first time I ordered my furniture thy did not deliver at all when they were suppose to, as a matter of fact they didnt even call to say they were not coming or that they were behind. I know this is a small company but they do not know poo when it comes to customer service. I have daelt with ALOT of furniture stores in my time and 'mattress ready' means it comes with a mattress. When my sons bed showed up it had no mattress at all. I called and spoke to Jeff who said that it means its ready doe a mattress. Well every bed is ready for a mattress. I even asked the gentleman when I placed the order if that meant the mattresses were included and he said yes. Jeff said he was sorry for the mixup and that he could give me a cheap $85 mattress but I had to come get it myself. The prices are good but they are not good enough to be cheated out of your money. The furniture is not good quality and the service is not worth dealing with. I read these bad reviews before I went through them and told myself owell like Im going to have anything hapen to me and end up dealing with them. I was wrong dont use this company at all. If you want good furniture for a great price go to Canales furniture they have multiple locations and the service is great. They got me 2 mattress' and delivered it the same day at no charge. I also ordered my dinnette set throught hem and I love them. They can get you what you want for the price you want. They deliver on time and they set up also. I would not ever recommend dfw direct to anyone. Please dont overlook the bad reviews found on this company like I did.I only put 1 star on customer service because I had to but they don't deserve any.

Avoid Dfw furniture direct like the plague
You probably like waiting four weeks after ordering something. You probably like not getting answers to your calls. You probably like being hung up on. You probably like being told after four weeks that your order will not be ready for another three weeks. You probably like being told this is all normal, and nobody owes you an apology. You probably like being asked to cancel your order if you have any problem. But if you are abnormal and would like to be treated with some courtesy,don't go to dfw furniture mart. Or anywhere near it. They only serve masochists.

DFW Furniture Chillicothe - Product Availablity - Bad Situation
In the showroom, they told us 7 to 10 days to get the furniture. We opted to pick it up ourselves. I called the day after I was in the showroom to finalize the order, on March 1st. That day I was told 10 to 14 days to get the furniture. 10 days later, I called and was told it would be there in the middle of the following week. On March 18th, last night, they said Ashley was not releasing the furniture until April 5th. I guess that does not mean we will get the furniture that day. We will not even have it for the Easter holiday. I am very disappointed to say the least. My living room was just remodeled and the old furniture was given away in anticipation of getting the new furniture. Now, I have a beautiful (finally) living room that is very empty. I will not be inviting anyone over for Easter. Do not order from this place unless you have a long time to wait before getting the furniture. I have also seen complaints filed at the BBB for this company. I wish I would have seen this web site and went to the BBB site before I ordered the furniture.

DFW Furniture Direct will not replace a defective bunk bed!
Worst service ever! Bunk bed was delivered and when built was defective. The man who built it said, no problem, I will inform them and they will order a new one. I have been trying to contact them to find out what is going on. I keep getting told that a supervisor will call me back. A week has passed, no phone call, and I am calling every day and am told the same thing. DO NOT BUY from DFW Furniture Direct!! If you have an issue with what you buy, they will NOT correct it, you will be stuck!

DFW Furniture Direct..worst service ever!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! The worst service ever!!!! They never called to advise me that my order was in, as promised. Every time I called to check the status of my order, they would always tell me I would get a phone call once my order came in. Needless to say, days went by and I never received a phone call. After finally getting a hold of someone; some guy named Jeff. He stated that my order had been in the warehouse (couldn't tell me how long it had been there) and my furniture would NOT be delivered for another TWO days; Saturday (now mind you, this was an early Thursday afternoon when I spoke with him). I explained that I needed it before the weekend, which was why I had been calling so many times to see if my order had come in. I asked since their next delivery day was the following business day, FRIDAY, was there anyway they could squeeze me in due to I had been waiting for a call back and never got one. He refused to do so! He stated that I had to wait until SATURDAY. I pleaded that he would try to fit me in on a Friday delivery due to I had guests coming on Saturday and needed that furniture delivered before they arrived. He said "NO", "plus we are doing you a favor by delivering to Arlington, which is out our delivery range. Therefore, you have to wait until Saturday and if you don't like it, I will refund you you're money". Now ask yourself, would you order ANYTHING from these people?!

DFWfurnituredirect.com Good Company, Good Furniture, delivery just took 3 weeks
I ordered a very nice black leather queen sleigh bed from this company for only $250. They sent me a confirmation by email of my reciept. They said it could take a few weeks to come in. I called about 5 times to check on it and was getting frustrated because I saw a few bad comments about this company on different websites when I googled them. I ordered it on August 5th and recieved it today on the 26th. They were going to deliver it to me, but I had my dad go pick it up from their store in Plano. I put the bed together and am VERY SATISFIED!!! Especially for the price. SO if you order from this company.....just me patient like I did and you will get nice furniture at a good price.

YES!!! Great company, its really reliable and the furnature is good quality.
We purchased a dinning table and a bedroom set (without the bed) more than a year ago and it stills looks like new :) Great service, promp and free delivery. Nice people.
